Classic cheese pie
The classic cheese pie recipe comes in individual sizes as well, fascinating with its filling but also with the fluffy puff dough which encloses it. Premium quality ingredients, as always from alfa pastry!
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, vegetable fats (palm oil, palm stearin, soybean oil, water,salt, emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol fatty acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate,color: beta-carotene, aroma ), Myzithra (whey cheese) 20%(pasteurized cow, goat amd sheep’s milk-whey, salt),water, Feta PDO cheese 4% :(goat's and sheep’s milk, salt, microbial rennet, lactic acid bacterial culture) ,contains less than 2%:( corn starch, salt, wheat semolina, dextrose, flavoring. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, soy products, celery and egg.BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F). Place the pastries on a tray, that has been brushed with butter or oil (you can also optionally brush the pastries with egg). Place the tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook the pies for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven’s performance), until they turn golden brown. NOTE: Not suitable for microwave cooking - To cook more than one tray simultaneously, the oven must have a hot air system!Classic sausage pie
