Alfa, in a festive mood, created a new product range with "Kefata" mini pies that everyone wili enjoy, giving flavors of happiness and pleasure in every occasion. Delicious and beloved flavors that we can happily continue to consume the next morning!

Kefata mini puff pastry cheese pies with feta PDO and myzithra cheese

Kefata mini cheese pies, with puff pastry and improve recipe with traditional feta PDO cheese and myzithra, in a bigger packaging!

INGREDIENTS

Dough 72%: Wheat flour, margarine: [palm oil, palm stearin, soybean oil, water, salt, emulsifiers: (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acid), acid: citric acid, colouring: beta carotene, flavouring], water, salt, colouring: beta carotene, sunflower oil, vegetable proteins, dextrose, maltodextrin, starch. Filling 28%: myzithra (whey cheese) 41%: (pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), water, wheat semolina, Feta PDO cheese 6%: (pasteurized goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacterial culture), corn starch, salt, condiment. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, nuts, peanuts, soy, celery and egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C-200°C (355-390°F).
  2. Place the mini pies on a tray, that has been placed baking sheet and place the tray on the middle oven shelf.
  3. Bake the mini pies for 20-25΄ (depending on the performance of the oven) until they turn golden brown.

Filling 31%: Mizithra (whey cheese) 71%: (pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), water, Feta PDO cheese 8%: (pasteurized goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacterial culture), corn starch, wheat semolina, salt, spice.
