Kihi (country-style filo individual pies)

Individual pies for maximum pleasure! These pies are made with the traditional Kozani “kihi” filo pastry that is very much loved by all consumers. This country-style filo includes unique fillings for all tastes and for all occasions. Individual “kihi” pies with savory and sweet fillings!

Kihi filo country-style pie with spinach & feta

The individual kihi pie with spinach & feta certainly offers 120 grams of pleasure! Spinach and PDO feta are wrapped in the traditional Kozani kihi filo, beloved by everyone for so many years. Traditional spiral-shaped pie like old times!

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, spinach 17%, water, myzithra cheese 12%, cottonseed oil, feta cheese 2.5%, wheat semolina, onion, salt, dextrose, corn starch, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables, vegetable extracts, spices, flavourings.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (350-390°F). Place the pies on a baking tray and bake for about 35 minutes until they turn golden brown. NOTE: Bake straight from the freezer without thawing, if desired. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Kihi filo country-style pie with cheese & olives

This traditional kihi pie is 100% Greek! This unique product consists of the most Greek of flavors. Its filling is rich in PDO feta cheese and olives. As always, a pie made with the purest ingredients and the most traditional country-style filo pastry. This is Kozani kihi pie.

INGREDIENTS

Kihi with minced meat

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, onion, cottonseed oil, minced beef 10% (beef meat 80%, onion, sunflower oil, fibres), minced soy, salt, corn starch, mashed potato flakes (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier: mono and di glycerides of fatty acids, disodium diphosphate, preservative: sodium metabisulfite, acidity regulator: citric acid, spice extract, rosemary extract), dextrose, flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, spice.

Dough 60%: Wheat flour, water, sunflower oi/cottonseed oil, salt, dextrose. Filling 40%: Mizithra whey-cheese 67% (pasteurized cow, goat and sheep's milk whey, salt), feta cheese 14% :(goat and sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria), water, corn starch, wheat semolina, salt.
