Butter Danish Pastry with raisins

INGREDIENTS

Flaky pastry dough (65.54%): wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, improver (wheat gluten, thickener (E412), emulsifier (E472e), antioxindant(E300), enzymes), salt- confectioner's custard (24.66%): water, sugar, modified starch (E1414), milk whey powder, lactose, skimmed milk powder, stabilizers (E450(iii), E339(ii), E327), flavoring (milk), coloring (E160ai)-raisins (10.10%): raisins, cottonseed oil-gilding(0.70%):egg.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Defrosting: None. Preheat 170°C Put in the oven with 3 min steam injection. Baking in ventilated oven: 12min at 160°C + 5min at 170°C. Opened damper, 3 minutes before the end. NOTE: Optional defrosting: 20 min.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Put the product on a tray. Baking in ventilated oven: 10 to 15 min at 180°C, closed damper, with 3 min steam injection. NOTE: Optional defrosting: 10 min
