Wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, sesame, dough improvement (ascorbic acid, citric acid), emulsifier(E472e, E466, E471, E481), enzymes, a-amylase, dextrose, soy flour, anticaking agent (calcium carbonates).BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defreeze the “koulouri” at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190-210°C, place the “koulouri” on the tray and bake them for 15 minutes. You may use the steam for one time."Koulouri" with Praline Thessalonikis
