Thessaloniki-style koulouri are partially baked products, designed to offer you authentic and traditional koulouri in just a few minutes, quickly and easily. Classic round or oblong and elongated with praline to meet all your customers' preferences.

Thessaloniki-style Koulouri

Uniquely shaped, traditional Thessaloniki-style Koulouri! This is a partially baked product so that you can enjoy our favorite koulouri easily and quickly within a matter of minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, sesame, dough improvement (ascorbic acid, citric acid), emulsifier(E472e, E466, E471, E481), enzymes, a-amylase, dextrose, soy flour, anticaking agent (calcium carbonates).

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Defreeze the “koulouri” at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190-210°C, place the “koulouri” on the tray and bake them for 15 minutes. You may use the steam for one time.

"Koulouri" with Praline Thessalonikis

Traditional Thessaloniki style Koulouri, with a unique shape and filling! This is a partially baked product, so you can have your favorite alfa Koulouri in a few minutes, easy and quick. In an enlongated shape with praline to cover all the preferences of your customers.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, cocoa cream with hazelnuts (sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, milk whey powder, cocoa powder (10-12%), hazelnuts, soy lecithin, vanillin), salt, sesame, dough improvement (ascorbic acid, citric acid), emulsifier(E472e, E466, E471, E481), enzymes, a-amylase, dextrose, soy flour, anticaking agent (calcium carbonates). 

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Consume after defrosting at room temperature and heating.

Round Thessaloniki-style Koulouri

Authentic in taste but also in shape with plenty of sesame seeds and extremely soft dough. Simply irresistible. Suitable for both vegans and of course fasting seasons.
