Do you have an incident to report regarding violations of corporate policies, procedures, or laws? Are you concerned about disclosing this information? Rest assured, all cases are handled confidentially, and the collection and processing of your personal data are carried out with utmost discretion by trained Company personnel. Before submitting a report, please consider the potential consequences for those involved. Employees or third parties who report incidents of misconduct, as well as those named in such reports, have the right to access, be informed about, object to, and correct their personal data. They can also request the deletion of the provided data at any time and at no cost, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016–GDPR). Please note that Alfa Athanasios Koukoutaris S.A.'s Regulatory Compliance department does not investigate cases involving sensitive personal data as defined by Article 9(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016. This includes data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, health data, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

The Electronic Form ensures that the whistleblower can remain anonymous. You can also choose not to provide any information in the application that could reveal your identity. We are only interested in the information about the reported incident.

In the case of an anonymous report, please include all relevant information about the incident, as there will be no way to contact you for clarifications and further details necessary for the investigation. If you are submitting an anonymous report and wish to maintain your anonymity, please follow these instructions: Do not include personal information, such as your name or your relationship with those involved. 1) Avoid providing details that could lead to your identification. 2) Use a secure Internet connection. Personal Information: If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not provide any identifying information. In the case of an anonymous report, we will not be able to contact you to gather further information for the investigation. Therefore, please provide all necessary information to initiate the investigation, or, if you wish, provide an email address through which we can contact you without revealing your identity.
