Ingredients
- 1 pack of alfa “so easy” filo pastry
- 200g chocolate chopped into pieces
- 1 large banana in slices
Execution
In order to make the chocolate banana pie with crispy filo, firstly remove the crinkled filo sheets from the freezer. Preheat the oven to 180°C on fan-assisted mode. Pick up 1 filo sheet and place it onto a pan. Place the chocolate and the banana on top of it. Cover with the second crinkled filo sheet and place the pan in the oven on the middle rack. Bake for about 45' until the filo sheet turns golden. Allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces.
