Bougatsa Thessalonikis with Cream

Cream 65%: (water,sugar, wheat semolina, corn starch, cottonseed oil 1.5%, vanilla flavour 0.13%, coloring: β-carotene),wheat flour,water, cottonseed oil 7%. Contain less than 2%: salt,emulsifier: glycerol. Produced in a factory that uses mustard, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, soy products, dairy products,celery and eggs.BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 190°C-200°C (375-390°F). Remove only the paper cover from the package and place in its paper tray on the lowest shelf of your oven. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes (depending on the performance of your oven) until it turns golden brown.
