Pie with ham and kasseri

Ingredients
- 1 pack of alfa “so easy” filo pastry
- 350 g kasseri
- 350 g ham
- 1/2 yoghurt (100 g)
- 1 egg
- 1 kg corn flour
- plenty of pepper
Execution
Preheat the oven to 180 o C on fan-assisted mode to bake the pie with kasseri and ham. In a bowl, place the yoghurt, egg and corn flour. Add some pepper and whisk to get a creamy mixture. Remove the crinkled and oiled sheets from the freezer. Pick up the top sheet. Spread with the bottom sheet with half the yoghurt. Make layers of ham and kasseri. Brush the surface with the remaining yoghurt. Cover the kasseri pie with the other sheet. Bake on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Let the pie seat for 10 minutes and serve.
